Seasonal Competition Ts and Cs

These terms apply specifically to the Seasonal Prize Draw and should be read alongside our general Terms & Conditions and Policies, Security and Cookies. Where these prize draw terms conflict with the general Terms & Conditions, these terms take precedence in relation to the Seasonal Prize Draw.

The Prize One (1) winner will receive a bottle of champagne (details of exact bottle/brand to confirm).

How to Enter

  2. Complete the entry form with your name and email address.
  3. Entry is free, no purchase necessary.
  4. By entering, you agree to join The Big House Co. mailing list to receive news, offers, and updates by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  • Employees of The Big House Co. and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  • One entry per person for the duration of the promotion.

Entry Period 

  • Autumn: Opens 1 September 00:01am. Closes 30 November 11:59pm.
  • Winter: Opens 1 December 00:01am. Closes 28 February 11:59pm (29th in leap years).
  • Spring: Opens 1 March 00:01am. Closes 31 May 11:59pm.
  • Summer: Opens 1 June 00:01am. Closes 31 August 11:59pm.
  • Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received within the entry period.
  • The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
  • The winner will be notified by email using the address provided at entry.
  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

Prize Details

  • The prize is as stated and is non-transferable, with no cash alternative.
  • We reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require it.
  • Prize will be available for collection at The Big House, or delivery may be arranged.

Data & Privacy

  • Your name and email address will be used to administer this prize draw and, where you have consented, to send you marketing communications.
  • We will not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • You may withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time.

  • The Big House Co. reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time.
  • The decision of The Big House Co. regarding the winner is final; no correspondence will be entered into.

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
