The bedrooms include a flexible mix of super king, king and zip-and-link beds, allowing several rooms to be arranged as doubles or twins. Some bedrooms are air-conditioned, while the ground floor includes an en-suite bedroom for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Yes. Families with children are very welcome at Tysoe Manor.

The 11 acres of gardens, football pitch, table tennis and heated outdoor swimming pool (during the summer season) provide plenty to keep younger guests entertained. As the grounds include an unfenced pond and stream, children should always be supervised when playing outside.

Tysoe Manor can accommodate some guests with reduced mobility, although it is a historic manor house with some internal steps.

A ground floor en-suite bedroom is available for guests who prefer to avoid stairs, but the property is not fully wheelchair accessible. If anyone in your group has specific accessibility requirements, we recommend discussing them with The Big House Co before booking so they can advise whether Tysoe Manor is suitable.

First, check availability via The Big House Co website or contact the team directly to discuss your preferred dates, group size and the type of celebration or gathering you are planning. Once availability has been confirmed, your booking will be secured once you’ve completed the online booking form and the required deposit has been received.

A deposit of one-third of the total house hire is required to secure your booking at Tysoe Manor. Once this is paid you’ll receive confirmation and further information about your stay.

The remaining balance is due 12 weeks before your arrival. We send reminders.

Yes. Tysoe Manor requires a £2,000 refundable security (cautionary) deposit, due 3 weeks before your arrival. The security deposit is normally refunded after departure once the property has been cleaned, provided there has been no damage, excessive cleaning or other charges.

Yes. Payments can be made by debit card, credit card (excluding American Express) or bank transfer.

Tysoe Manor bookings are subject to The Big House Co’s booking terms and cancellation policy, please contact us for details. We recommend taking out insurance.

Yes. Please contact The Big House Co to discuss arranging a viewing. Viewings are subject to owner availability and existing bookings.

Once your booking has been confirmed you will receive further information about the house, including directions to the property, check-in and check-out times, access arrangements and useful information about the house and its facilities. This allows everyone in your group to plan ahead and arrive knowing exactly what to expect.

We will also put you in touch with the house owner or manager to ensure everything is organised so you can begin enjoying your time at Tysoe Manor from the moment you arrive.

Tysoe Manor is situated in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside near the picturesque village of Tysoe, within easy reach of Stratford-upon-Avon, Banbury and the northern Cotswolds.

Detailed directions will be provided. The house is readily accessible by road, with good connections from the M40 and surrounding major routes, making it convenient for guests travelling from many parts of the UK.

Unless otherwise agreed, check-in is from 4.00pm on your day of arrival and check-out is by 10.00am on your departure day (Sundays 4pm)

If you have specific arrival or departure requirements, it’s always worth speaking to the home owner before your stay. While early arrival or later departure cannot be guaranteed, they may occasionally be possible depending on the booking schedule.

Yes. Tysoe Manor offers ample private parking within the grounds for multiple vehicles, making it easy for larger groups arriving from different locations.

Banbury station is 8 miles from Tysoe Manor and has regular direct trains to London Marylebone (approx 55 minutes).

Supermarkets do deliver to Tysoe Manor, but please arrange a time after your arrival as there is no one available to accept deliveries beforehand.

Tysoe Manor is fully equipped for self-catering group holidays, so you’ll find the kitchen well stocked with cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware for your group.

Bed linen and towels are provided, meaning you only need to bring your personal belongings, clothing and food and drink for your stay. Please bring cot bedding if required.

A charge of £15 per dog per night applies. Owners are asked to ensure dogs don’t go on furniture, upstairs in bedrooms or in the ground floor bedroom. Please clean up after them in the garden and supervise them at all times.

Guests are asked to respect the  property, supervise children around the swimming pool and water features, leave the property in a clean and tidy condition and to follow the house information provided on arrival.

Children can enjoy the large gardens, tennis court, football pitch, table tennis and the heated outdoor swimming pool during the summer season.

No. Tysoe Manor does not have a hot tub.

Yes. Tysoe Manor has a heated outdoor swimming pool available from May to September. Set within the gardens, it provides a wonderful place to relax during warmer months. If you are looking for year-round swimming, Riverside House, Stawley Barns and Tatham House all offer indoor pools.

House hire includes exclusive use of the property and its facilities, including the gardens, heated outdoor pool (May–September), tennis court, football pitch, billiard room, fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, bath towels and normal end-of-stay cleaning.

Before departing Tysoe Manor, guests are asked to leave the property in a tidy condition.

Please place rubbish and recycling in the appropriate bins. Any last remaining used crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment should be washed and put away.

When locking up please ensure all windows are closed and the key is left where requested.

Accidents can occasionally happen during a group stay. If anything is damaged or stops working during your visit, please let the owner know as soon as possible.

Depending on the circumstances, the cost of repairing or replacing damaged items may be deducted from the refundable security deposit in accordance with the booking terms.
