A grand Georgian residence in the heart of Bath, designed for comfort and style — Bath Villa
Bath Villa is a beautifully restored Georgian townhouse located in the Bear Flat area of Bath — just a 15-minute walk from the city centre. Built around 1750 and later extended in the 1800s, it combines impressive period architecture with all the comforts of modern living. High ceilings, original features and spacious rooms create a sense of grandeur, while contemporary furnishings and technology make it ideal for relaxed gatherings, family celebrations or stylish city stays.

With nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms and generous social areas, Bath Villa is ideal for family gatherings, milestone celebrations and weekend breaks with friends. The layout, facilities and attention to detail make it one of Bath’s most impressive large houses for rent.
ELEGANT SOCIAL SPACES
The ground floor of Bath Villa is designed for entertaining and relaxation.
The main drawing room features triple-aspect sash windows, a large bay window and several seating areas arranged for conversation or quiet reading. Decorated with Soho Home furnishings and original artwork, it includes a bar area, underfloor heating, a log-burning stove (with wood provided), and a Bluetooth sound system.
A second sitting room, known as the withdrawing room, offers a cosier space with a 65-inch Samsung Frame Smart TV, deep sofas, and another log-burning fire. Both rooms provide flexible, comfortable environments for group or family use.
The custom-made kitchen is equipped to a professional standard, including a Bertazzoni double range cooker, two Miele dishwashers, a Fisher & Paykel fridge-freezer with ice maker, and a boiling water tap. The adjoining dining room has a solid oak table for up to 16 people and doors that can be closed for a more intimate feel.

LUXURY BEDROOMS & SUITES
Spread gracefully across three floors, the bedrooms at this grand home offer a seamless blend of style, privacy, and comfort. From beautifully designed master suites with indulgent spa-style bathrooms to cosy rooms ideal for families or friends, each space has been thoughtfully created for a restful stay.
Sumptuous beds, soft linens, air conditioning, and peaceful views ensure guests wake refreshed each morning. With flexible room configurations and both twin and king-size options available, the layout works perfectly for multi-generational stays, retreats, or celebratory weekends.

ENTERTAINMENT & FUN
Descend to the professional cinema room — a true highlight — with a 120-inch 4K screen, immersive surround sound and plush sofas for a full cinematic experience. Watch a blockbuster on Apple TV or choose from an extensive curated movie library.
Music flows through the house with built-in Bluetooth speakers, while several lounge areas are perfect for board games or simply catching up over a glass of wine.

FRESH AIR & RELAXATION
The garden at Bath Villa feels private and calm, with lawns, mature trees and well-kept planting.
There’s a terrace with an outdoor kitchen, Weber gas barbecue, drinks fridge and dining area that seats ten, plus more space for four on the side terrace.
A hot tub for eight sits beside a small changing room, while the garden room offers sheltered seating if the weather turns.
Children can play freely on the lawn, and there’s enough space for group meals or quiet corners to relax. Wi-Fi reaches the garden, and there’s a free on-site EV charging point.
